He tells Gauri about his illness, and she is devastated. However, she vows to stay by his side and support him. Pandurang dies a few months later. Gauri is heartbroken, but she knows that Pandurang is in a better place. She continues to live in the village with her children, and she raises them to be good people. गाभारा is a moving and powerful novel that explores the themes of love, duty, family, and tradition.
